Welcome to Souloscope! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Souloscope mobile and web applications, API endpoints, and related services (the “Service”).

By creating an account, acquiring credits, subscribing to Nakshatra Pro, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Souloscope provides high-precision Vedic astrological calculations (using JPL DE440 ephemeris data) paired with AI interpretations (via our MAION Engine) to offer daily horoscopes, panchanga calendars, planetary transit details, dasha timeline calendars, Ayurvedic dosha constitution summaries, yoga directories, and compatibility readings.

2. Disclaimer & Spiritual Purpose (Jyotish Disclaimer)

A. Spiritual & Entertainment Use Only

• Souloscope is designed for self-reflection, spiritual exploration, and personal curiosity.
• Astrology is not an exact science. All calculated placements, interpretations, ratings, and forecasts are subject to personal belief and variance.
• ASCI Compliance: In compliance with ASCI consumer protection guidelines, Souloscope does not make claims of guaranteed outcomes, physical health cures, or absolute predictive certainty for life events.

B. Not Professional Advice

• The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, relationship, or other professional advice.
• No content generated by the Service should be used as a substitute for professional consultations.

C. AI-Generated Content (MAION Engine)

• Textual interpretations provided by MAION are narrated based on symbolic astrological formulas.
• AI can hallucinate, err, or deliver contradictory responses. Any reliance on AI interpretations is done solely at your own risk.

3. Account Creation & Eligibility

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make purchases.
• Accuracy: Vedic calculations are highly sensitive to birth parameters. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your birth date, time, and location.
• Relatives’ Profiles: You warrant that you have obtained explicit consent from any individual before entering their birth parameters into the Service.

4. Billing Model

A. Free Tier & Welcome Credits

• New accounts receive a one-time allowance of welcome credits at no charge. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

B. Pay-Per-Use Feature Unlocks

• You may unlock individual premium features on demand (deeper dasha levels, compatibility, Muhurta, divisional charts, the psyche profile). Each unlock grants access for a defined period shown at the time of purchase.

C. Nakshatra Pro Subscription (Fixed-Term)

• Nakshatra Pro is an optional subscription for a fixed term (monthly or annual).
• It does NOT auto-renew. No further amount is charged unless you choose to purchase again. Access lapses automatically at the end of the term.

D. Full Life Reports

• Full Life Reports are one-time purchases that remain available in your account after purchase.

E. Refunds

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

5. Account Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Any actions or billing charges initiated under your account credentials are your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach at qucogroup@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to bypass, disable, or tamper with the Service’s credit gates, paywall checks, or API endpoints.
• Automated scraping, bots, or reverse-engineering to harvest planetary data, AI responses, or database profiles is prohibited.
• Systematically flooding the API or attempting a Denial of Service (DoS) may result in suspension or account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Souloscope brand, logos, visual tokens, custom widgets, calculation orchestration systems, and MAION prompts are the exclusive property of Quco Group.
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Service for personal, non-commercial use.
• You may share generated Daily Share Card images on social media provided the Souloscope watermark and brand link remain intact.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOULOSCOPE AND ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF: (1) YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (2) ANY ASTROLOGICAL ADVICE OR AI-GENERATED ANSWERS; (3) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, participate in billing fraud, or engage in API abuse.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of New Delhi, India.
