How to Delete Your Souloscope Account
You can delete your Souloscope account and all associated data directly from within the app.
Steps to delete your account
- Open the Souloscope app on your device
- Tap Settings (gear icon, bottom navigation)
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion when prompted
What gets deleted
- Your profile and all birth chart data
- Your complete chat history with MAION
- All generated reports and saved readings
- Your subscription and payment history records
- All personal information (name, email, date of birth, location)
Retention period
All data is permanently deleted within 90 days of your account deletion request. Anonymised analytics data (no personally identifiable information) may be retained for up to 90 days for service improvement purposes.
Partial data deletion
If you wish to delete specific data without deleting your full account, contact us at qucogroup@gmail.com and we will process your request within 30 days.
